CTMH Technique Blog Hop – Vellum Makes Everything Better
Welcome to this month’s CTMH Technique Blog Hop.  If you have already started the hop, you should be coming from Darlys Recjer.
5th Grade School Layout
Supplies used are all Close to My Heart: Enchantment Fundamentals, vellum from Uptown Fundamentals, Black Cardstock, Bistro Script alphabet stamp set, Silver Shimmer Trim, and Clear Sparkles.
Sometimes layouts with 8×10 photos can be difficult because there seems like not a lot of options.  I made a book from my daughter’s graduation with an 8×10 photo from each school year.  I found that the trick is to keep the layouts simple.  For the vellum focus of this blog hop, I used the gold vellum paper but I flipped it over and used the backside which isn’t really meant to be used but the dots are a silver color and it was perfect for this layout.  To adhere the vellum, I used adhesive under my photo where it would be hidden.  The Shimmer Trim also helps hold it in place.
Now hop on over to Annemarie Julian!
