Beautiful Butterflies
This card uses the Beautiful Butterflies bundle with the stamp set and hybrid embosing folder.
The vellum is embossed with the 3D embossing folder and then blended with color using TriBlend Markers (True Blue Blend and Hydrangea Blend). The sentiment is around the outside frame of the card for something a bit different. CTMH’s Petal cardstock works well with Stampin Up! Beautiful Bokeh paper. Here’s a closeup of the card:
