Welcome to our Deck the Palms Blog Hop featuring this special collection!

If you have come here from Kimberly Loewen’s Blog, you are on the right path! The blog hop is a great big circle, so you can start here and work your way all around.  If you get lost along the way, you’ll find the complete list of participating consultants on Melinda’s Blog.  To visit each blog for some great ideas just click on the link at the end of the post on each blog to move to the next one! Here we go!

For this first card, I like the bright colorful feel!

Supplies used are all Close to My Heart: Deck the Palms – Christmas Stamp + Thin Cuts, Deck the Palms Paper Packet, Deck the Palms Coordinating Cardstock, White Gel Pens, Magenta TriBlend Marker, Dark Red TriBlend Marker, Archival Black Ink, and White Daisy Cards & Envelopes.

This second card didn’t turn out like I planned but I thought I’d share anyway. I like the layering of the thin cut with the gold foil paper and the patterned leaves as the background. I’m just not sure about the flamingo.

Supplies used are all Close to My Heart: Deck the Palms Card Front Thin Cut, Deck the Palms – Christmas Stamp + Thin Cuts, Deck the Palms Paper Packet, Gold Foil Paper, Evergreen Cardstock, Magenta TriBlend Marker, Dark Red TriBlend Marker, Archival Black Ink, and White Daisy Cards & Envelopes.

Now “Hop” on over to My Heartfelt Sentiments to see Melissa Robinson’s work! Be sure to visit all the consultants at their blogs to get some great crafting ideas!
