New Product Blog Hop 21-22 (Core Catalog)
Welcome to our New Product Blog Hop! We will be featuring products from the new Close to My Heart Core Catalog.
If you have come here from Cat Nowak‘s Blog , you are on the right path! The blog hop is a great big circle, so you can start here and work your way all around. If you get lost along the way, you’ll find the complete list of participating consultants on Melinda’s Blog. To visit each blog for some great ideas just click on the link at the end of the post on each blog to move to the next one! Here we go!
It is so much fun to play with new products! The zip strips are from the Noteworthy Paper Packet. I completely cut up the Embroidered Card Front stamp set so I didn’t have to do any masking and it worked beautifully!
Supplies used are all Close to My Heart: Textures Paper Packet, Noteworthy Paper Packet, Embroidered Card Front stamp set, Pumice Stone Distress Oxide Ink, For All Occasions stamp set, Wood Brackets, Bitty Sparkles, and Wild Berry Flower Sequins.
You can carefully cut your acrylic stamps to avoid masking.
Tips:
1. Be careful to avoid any of the part that actually stamps. There needs to be a space on the image for this to work.
2. Use a sharp scissors and cut in a clean line (jagged cutting can cause the stamp to tear later).
3. The stamp can easily be pieced back together to stamp as the original image by lining up the cut pieces on one block.

What a wonderful layout documenting such a joyous occasion!
Great page! Congrats.
LOVELY!! Nice to see how you used it for a layout instead of a card!
Wow! Your layout is beautiful! I can’t believe that you cut up your stamps, but the result is stunning. I’m so proud of your (I assume) daughter!
Great layout! I love that you are bold enough to cut a stamp. I have only done it once.
Yes, this is my daughter. Thank you!
