Also used laminating pouches.

I had this project in the back of my mind all week and wasn’t exactly sure what I was going to do. Then, I saw Jennifer McGuire’s video on embellished windows and I knew that would be a perfect technique to use with the Multi Square Windows Thin Cut. You sprinkle embossing powder in a laminating pouch and when you run it through the machine it melts creating this this cool effect! Thank you Jennifer!!
I debated putting the snowmen in front or behind the window and chose in front just because they stood out more but if you used a light amount of embossing powder, they would be cute “outside” as well. I cut the one bottom section out of the window to make the sentiment fit.
Here is a picture of it coming through the laminator, it is so much fun – like magic!
For this next card I used the Gold Tinsel Embossing Powder and created a shaker card. I also cut out more of the window for a new design. There is so much that you can do with this thin cut!

I had to make one more trying the Silver Tinsel Embossing Powder but I ran out of foam tape. So I backed it with black paper to make it pop more and since our school colors are black and red, I changes this from a Christmas card to a graduation card!
