Welcome to our Technique Blog Hop!  This month we are highlighting script stamps, lettering, and the Melissa Espin Penmanship series, This blog hop is a great big circle so you can start wherever you want and continue through to see all the fabulous artwork incorporating this technique.  If you are coming from Lauren Moore’s Blog, you are on the right track!

Supply List: Cardstock (Lagoon, White Daisy, Black, Charcoal, Sage, Raspberry), Silver Foil Paper, Liquid Glass with Fine Tip Applicator, Complete Creativity Cricut cartridge, Today by Melissa Esplin stamp set, Joy by Melissa Esplin stamp set, Black Exclusive Inks Stamp Pad, White Daisy Exclusive Inks Pigment Pad, Melissa Esplin black pen, and Silver Glitter Gems.

I’ve only been doing a card here and there so it feels great to get a layout finished! I took a card design from the new Complete Creativity Cricut collection and resized the images in Design Space to transform it into a scrapbook page. I just love the Melissa Esplin stamps and they add beautiful fonts to this layout. The pens are very smooth and not only work for writing but can also be used for doodling. To add some dimension, I cut the white outline of the flower diecut five times and layered the cuts. Below is a closeup of this layering. I didn’t chose them for this layout but the Acrylic Hearts would combine nicely with this technique.

Thanks for stopping by!  Please continue onto Terry Metzger’s Blog where you will find some additional artwork highlighting this technique!  Be sure to leave a comment and let me know what you thought of my variation and happy hopping!
