If you are in club, you have the workshop for these cards and you can see here how I changed them from Thank You cards to Anniversary cards.  I skipped the embossing and stamped with White Daisy instead and the stamp set I used was Finding the Words.  I added Black & White Dots to one of the cards.  You could embellish all of them with these but I chose to keep them flat to mail.  I just love the use of the Thin Cut Hearts!  You could also change them to birthday cards with different sentiments from the same stamp set I used and substitute with the Thin Cut Stars.
