Here we go!

Your Kind Layout by Wendy KesslerSupplies used are all Close to My Heart: Create Kindness Stamp Sets (Smile, Beautiful), Adventure Fundamentals Paper Packet, White Daisy Cardstock, Coral Shimmer Trim, Picture My Life Overlays – White Frames, Archival Black Ink, and ShinHan Markers (Marigold, Vivid Green, Golden Yellow, Pastel Green, Carmine).

To make the frame, I cut my mat and simply went around the edges with strips of Coral Shimmer Trim.  The flower border is made using the Smile stamp for the Create Kindness Kit.  I cut a 1″ x 12″ strip of White Daisy and stamped only the flowers (letting the “smile” stamp onto a piece of scrap paper underneath (no masking required!).  For the title, I colored over the white border of the overlay with ShinHan markers, then backed it with the white cardstock stamped with the title.  I did try stamping directly on the transparency with Archival Ink.  It was slippery but worked until I tried drying it with the heat gun.  It can be done but it melts pretty easily.  It might work if you let it dry overnight.  Backing it with White Daisy Cardstock was a better option.

Fall School Layout by Wendy KesslerSupplies used are all Close to My Heart: Blessed Beyond Measure Stamp Set, Watercolor Paints, Paintbrush Set, Watercolor Paper, Artbooking Cricut cartridge, Rustic Home Fundamental Paper, Goldrush Ink, Black Ink, Pen Pal Alphabet, Picture My Life Card, and Rustic Home Ribbon Pack.

These leaves are great for watercoloring.  I love how the colors blended together and some formed lines (kind of like the veins on a leaf).  I used LOTS of water on these for good blending (I gave them a day to dry before stamping).
