Sisterly Love Layout

This is my DT layout for Crop Chocolate.  I’ve used a kit by Fancy Pants as well as some flowers by Making Memories.  The layer of flowers is a transparency sheet.  The pictures and all the embellishments are on top of this.  I attached it to the patterned paper by poking brads through the flowers, transparency, and paper and I also added a few dots of adhesive under the flowers and my photos (places where it won’t show through).

Supplies used: Making Memories Specialty Glaze – Rose Petal, Fancy Pants Transparent Die Cuts, and Making Memories Maddi Scrapbook Page Kit.

Layout Challenge: #126 of 210.

That is the big question: What is the name?  I love to play games so here’s one for you.  I’ve made this page layout for the baby book of the many names that we considered.  The name we chose is on here.  Can you guess what it is?

Overlays

Although I do not use them very often because of their cost, overlays can add a lot to a layout.  On the page below I added pictures underneath the overlay and on the top I added the title and chipboard flower.  I then stitched the overlay to the background paper to hold everything in place.
