Supplies used: CTMH Pair-a-Phrase stamp set, CTMH Black ink, CTMH Mischief Level 2 Paper Pack, Fiskars border punch, CTMH Opaques – Mocha, and CTMH Markers (Parchment, Brown Bag, Chocolate, and Olive).  I used a December 2008 CardMap.

Supplies used: Close to My Heart Mischief Level 2 Paper Pack, Stampin Up punch, ProvoCraft Rob & Bob Studio coaster card, Close to My Heart You & Me stamp set, Close to My Heart Barn Red and Black ink, Close to My Heart buttons, Close to My Heart Waxy Flax, and foam tape.

This layout was inspired by Tammy’s layout from this months Scrap Our Stash Pagerize Challenge.  I really used my stash with this one.  The striped background paper is actually two pieces of scraps that I put together (using the stripes as my guide) and if you were to take off the photo mat you’d see the hole in the middle.  I really liked this paper though and was determined to use it.  And you’d never know!  I took Tammy’s layout and turned it.  Her border punch reminded me of one I had (that I’ve never used until now!).  The orange coaster was too bright but it was perfect after I inked it up with some Barn Red.  I changed the photo in the circle to journaling and mimicked her pieced title.

This month we are doing something a little different for our hop.  We are doing a relay race.  For this one you will need to go to Nikka’s Blog to start.  There will be an explanation there of how it works.

These were a bit time consuming but gorgeous!  The cards are part of the Sophia Workshop Kit (available through July 31, 2011).

This was my layout from the March Challenge at Scrap Our Stash that I forgot to post.  The  challenge was “Spring Cleaning” – meaning dig something out from your stash, dust it off, and use it!  I pulled out all the stops with this layout.  Everything I used is old, old, old and I literally had to dust off my border punch!  I used a sketch from My Little Sketch Book.  I just love sketches!  I’ve found some great sites lately and plan to use them more.  They make scrapbooking so quick and easy!
