Products used: Pebbles, Inc. patterned papers, Pebbles, Inc. stickers, DCWV stickers, unknown ribbon and brads.
We’ve had the flu at my house all week so that is my excuse for the lack of posts and no time to scrapbook. So for now here is another layout I did last year…
This was the last of this paper pack and I felt I got my use out of it. These pictures are 10 years old and I just haven’t been inspired to scrap them so I am extremely happy that they worked with this page and are finished. I got a little creative and used the photo anchor sticker as an exclamation point in my title. I wasn’t sure at first but after adding the brad to accent it I am happy with the result.

Welcome back to my blog in case you tried within the last day and were unable to bring it up. It has been technically difficulties beyond my control and I am hoping things are back to normal. Here is what I have had waiting for you:

Products used are all CTMH: Caboodle Workshop on the Go Basic Kit (includes Caboodle Level 2 Paper Packet, stamp set, and Dimensional Elements – Frames), Colonial White cardstock, Friendship Alphabet Large stamp set, Friendship Alphabet Small stamp set, Hodgepodge Alphabet stamp set, Tiny Typewriter Alphabet stamp set, Dimensional Elements Framed Fun, inks (Sorbet, Sweet Leaf, Crystal Blue), Tiny Tabs, silver brads, and Sweet Leaf Ribbon Rounds Collection.
These cards and pages were made using the Caboodle Workshop on the Go kit. These kits are so fun to do! You can chose to make the cards or the scrapbook layouts or both! To make both you may need to add additional cardstock. For this kit specifically, I added 4 sheets of 8 1/2 x 11 paper for my card bases. With the 4 extra sheets and by substituting some of the papers within the kit I was able to make 4 scrapbook pages and 12 cards using the workshop guide and I had paper left over! The kit is designed to make two 2-page layouts but made mine into four 1-page layouts. Check back later today for another post where I will show you what I have created with the rest of the Caboodle Paper Pack in the CTMH New Product Blog Hop!
I will be hosting this workshop in February. If you are local and would like to participate you can contact me through the About Me link on the top of this page. If you are not local, you can still contact me to purchase the kit.
I am now at 9 of 210 completed layouts for the year.

Product used: CTMH cardstock and markers, All My Memories sticker, CTMH ribbon, and unknown stamp and brads.
Challenges:
Stamps & Smiles – sketch
My Time to Craft – Blue & Brown
I liked my Grandma owl that I made the other day on this card that I decided to use the same colors for a Grandpa owl. I didn’t have any patterned paper that I wanted to use (or cared to try matching since I wasn’t thinking and colored first). So I just used cardstock. I needed something more than plain cardstock though so I embossed lines on the blue paper and then inked them in brown with a sponge. I just did this free style with my trimmer and stylus and eyeballed the measurements. I used my marker for the faux stitching. I typically don’t do color challenges but the timing of the My Time to Craft post fit with my plans to make this card and the direction I wanted to go with it.
