Supplies used are all Close to My Heart: Cardstock (White Daisy, Lagoon, Gypsy), Piece of Cake stamp set, The Party is On stamp set, Teal Shimmer Trim, Chevron Border Punch, ShinHan Markers (Turquoise Blue, Peacock Green, Lavender, Golden Yellow, and Tender Pink), and Memento Ink.
I used the border punch as an accent on this card and then backed it with shimmer trim on the inside of the card.  The Shimmer Trim not only shows through the front of the card to add more color but it is also an accent on the inside of the card when you open it.

So darling! I love the shimmer trim backing the chevron border punch, and then I was thrilled to see that it’s a shimmer trim pennant on the inside of the card. Too cute!
