Supplies used: CTMH Artbooking Cricut Collection, CTMH Dotty For You papers (retired special), CTMH White Daisy Cardstock, CTMH Scallop Border Punch, CMTH Stitch Guide, and Kaisercraft Rhinestones.
The second page here uses the Celebration Layout overlay (flipped upside down).  The first page I designed myself with Photo Mat 1 from this same button.  I used the Stitch Guide to place the rhinestones.  The Cherish title is from page 80 of the Artbooking Cricut Cartridge and the numbers are cut from the font on this same cartridge.

On page 1, how do you do the frames to be the correct size you want?

When using Artbooking, all you need to do is choose 12″ for your size and the layouts, photo mats, etc are proportioned correctly.
If you want to make something a different size you would choose the size you want in height and select real dial size. This second option only allows you to choose the height though and not the width.
