Supplies used are all Close to My Heart: Patterned Pennants Stamp Set, and inks (Lagoon, Honey, Pear, and Sunset).
I’ve had this card in my head since I got this stamp set.  I thought about adding a couple sparkles by the “hello” but decided in the end to leave it a stamped-only card.  This is a very simple card!  The colors can be changed up as well as the sentiment for many different looks.
