Supplies used are all Close to My Heart unless otherwise noted: American Celebration Stamp Set, Wings Stamp Set (retired), Black ink, Lagoon ink, Cotton Candy ink, Lagoon Cardstock, Cotton Candy Cardstock, Black Cardstock, White Daisy Cardstock, Vineyard Berry Reinker, Create-a-Shade Paint, Spray Pen, Art Philosophy Cricut Collection stamp set, Ranger Liquid Pearls, and DCWV vellum quote.

Tip: To create my background I chose 1 large, 1 medium, and 1 small stamp.  I random stamped with Lagoon (second generation), Cotton Candy, and Black (second generation).  Second generation stamping is when you ink your image, stamp first on scrap paper, and then without reinking stamp on your project.  It gives you a shade lighter than the original color.  To soften the bright white, I sprayed with a mixture of Vineyard Berry reinker, Create-a-Shade Paint, and water in a Spray Pen.  Last I added some stamped words.  A few more tips: when creating backgrounds like this is to stamp off the edge of the page and start by first stamping the largest image and then fill in from there with the smaller images.
