Welcome to another Close to My Heart Product Spotlight Blog Hop! This month we are spotlighting the stamp set D1346 – You Rock.

Products used are all CTMH:
Originals Card Confidence Program
Floral Tapestry Paper Packet (sorry I think this one is retired but it’s a great use if you have it!)
You Rock stamp set
Olive and Twilight inks
sponge dauber
This is my attempt at a masculine card. I used bitty brads on the guitar and I can’t decide if that was a good idea or not but I just couldn’t leave it along without adding some embellishments. It may be hard to see from the photo but I made the guitar two-tone by inking my stamp first with olive ink and then adding some twilight with the sponge dauber. I distressed the sentiment square with the edge of my scissors. I used one of the stamps to create a pattern on the green paper and inked around the edges of the card with twilight.

These are some pages I started last year but hadn’t finished. I’m unsure of the paper, I think it’s from a stack. The stickers are Creative Imagination and the stamp set is CTMH Rustic Alphabet. I used Cherish or Imagine for the layout ideas but not sure which one since it’s been awhile. I’m glad to have them done.
